Red Onion and Silver Teapot, 4"x4", Oil on Board

Here is a quick little painting I did this week. I probably spent about three hours on it. It was fun to do. I did very little drawing - just lots of smearing paint around until it looked right!

I am embarrassed to admit it, but this is the first painting I have completed in 2010. Sigh. Better late than never, right?
