White Teapot, approx. 6"x8", oil on masonite

This was slightly torturous to paint, in a fun sort of way. The colors in this photo are slightly off - the red in the painting is really more maroon.

Trying to paint all the colors reflected into a white object makes my brain explode.

Apologies for taking so long to post something new...this is a study I did for a larger painting I'm going to do...this is my favorite Jamestown farm (of Weeden Lane fame). The striped cows are unbelievably cute.

I've temporarily switched from boards to canvas. My awesome dad custom makes the boards for me, and I haven't had a chance to go get more from him. So, this little number is on canvas, and is slightly larger than usual. Apparently the art store doesn't have a huge demand for 4"x4" canvas...Weird.
